While our plug & play amplifier kept gaining momentum, we were working hard to create direct drop in replacement upgrade speakers for late model BMWs, to create a complete BMW sound system upgrade. Thanks to our superior knowledge of everything BMW and an unparalleled level of attention to detail, the Alpha One speaker system came out of the shadows and onto the market.

Audio upgrades are not something you decide to go for on a whim. So if you’re here, your original G01 audio system must have failed you hard at some point. Our Alpha One Speaker Upgrade and Alpha One Amplifier will make it up to you.
Expect rich highs, deep punchy bass, natural mids and (most of all) tuning adjusted specifically for your preferences and G01 chassis. Prior to shipping your G01 audio upgrade, we always make sure to pre-load it with custom DSP tuning files based on the tracks you put on in your X3 and the way you like listening to your music. Covering this base already gets us closer to your audio desires.
Before you make your call it will be vital to check which factory stereo your G01 is equipped with. The number of speakers and an amplifier will vary from Base, through Hi-Fi (S676A), to Harman Kardon (S688A). To check which one you’ve got, decode your VIN.
The installation shouldn’t be burdensome either. It’s a straightforward process of disconnecting and removing your factory G01 BMW speakers / amplifier, and stacking the new ones in. Everything’s fully reversible.
