While our plug & play amplifier kept gaining momentum, we were working hard to create direct drop in replacement upgrade speakers for late model BMWs, to create a complete BMW sound system upgrade. Since the audio system of the F21 leaves much to be desired, our Alpha One Speaker Upgrade and Alpha One Amplifier will dramatically change your BMW 1 Series sound – making it punchier, well-balanced and clearer than ever.
As for car audio, the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach will not cut it, that's why the BMW amplifier will arrive at your door with a custom DSP tuning file. We will optimize it based on your F21 dimensions and your musical tastes, so that it sounds great right from the very beginning.
The upgrade of your BMW audio system will depend to a large extent on the system your car is equipped with. Depending on whether you have Base (Stereo), Hi-Fi (S676A) or Harman Kardon (S674A) the quantity of speakers available will be different. Decode your VIN and we will select the correct BMW audio upgrade kit for your F21.
Regarding the installation, it is all about disconnecting and removing your original BMW F21 speakers / amplifier, and installing the BimmerTech ones. This is a straightforward, fully reversible plug & play process, where all parts fit like the factory ones. Do you manage IKEA projects well? You will do just fine with this one.
